About
Compassion, presence and curiosity are the foundation of my approach, with both my clients and in my own life. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health and educational fields, providing an open and non judgemental space for people with diverse experiences. This includes work with at-risk youth, adults looking to make sense of past trauma or current patterns, curious teens learning about philosophy, support for children, parents and caregivers, and individuals wanting guidance for anxiety, perfectionism and people-pleasing. These experiences have taught me the power of connection within the healing process - to others, yourself, and the world, and the value of working through things together, rather than alone. I believe the foundation of wellness is not just the absence of symptoms, but the presence of joy, insight and self empowerment. These qualities can be cultivated when we feel safe enough to slow down, believe we are not broken, and have the courage to move towards all our experiences with care and compassion.

I value genuine connection, humour, and collaboration as powerful avenues towards healing, and strive to meet clients where they are. Depending on your goals for therapy, sessions may be a balance of processing, releasing, accepting and learning, and ultimately a space where you get to know yourself better. Our work together will be experiential and reflective, drawing on your inner strengths and fostering tools for self awareness, inquiry and resilience.

Outside the counselling room you might find me exploring trails on my bike, swimming in the ocean, checking out live music or a new film, camping and travelling, or binging a British mystery series!
